They slip in easily and enhance the performance of any footwear. The size conversion from men’s to women’s is a generally a difference of 1.5 sizes. A men’s size 8 = women’s size 9.5. But, because these soles are unisex and only produced in whole sizes,the difference is reduced to 1 whole size.
